I havent recieved my package, it was supposed to arrive yesterday. There is only a few chairs, which is pretty dissapointing considering all the waiting you have to do. Not a very welcoming place.

Terrible customer service, zero solutions are a real scam, I will not buy anything else that has shipping with Starken, the time and extra money is not returned to me by anyone, the attitude of the lady in charge, a lady with out-of-place age glasses, I ignore myself and pull the total isteric claim book, I am not asking for any favors, I paid for a service which was not met within the established deadlines, the call Center does not provide solutions, a real headache.

Unfortunately they have a very slow way of serving, long lines and a waiting time of more than an hour, they could at least charge cheaper so that the wait is at least worth it. I wish I could train more receptionists or at least give preference to the numbers, of those elderly people and others with reduced mobility who do not have support in this case.

I pull up in my car and park to drop off a package, and the first thing they tell me is that I need a packing tape and not scotch like I was carrying. I go with my package to buy on foot, because next door there is a business that sells tape, and it is closed. I go to another business that is approx 600 meters away, with my package, I buy and I return. Then I catch a piece of paper stuck with scotch on my car saying that it is not a public parking lot, and moreover, they do not receive the package because it must take these from the person who picks it up, and not from the company to which I send the package. I still can't get the scotch glue off the windshield where they left me the paper, and in the end I went to starken in las animas and they received me just as the package was. My discharge goes against starken of this branch that does not have trained staff for good service
