From the carrier, branch, virtual chat, help center, executives (unfortunately they are not given the necessary tools to deliver a good service). Not even 1 star applies, the service is lousy, they don't care at all, at the local they give you a 600 number that is useless, if I write an email they don't answer it. I already talked to the head of the company where I work and they are going to change their service because it is truly lousy. I don't know why they call themselves express, because they have nothing of that.
