Terrible experience, I went to the Central Station branch, there are 3 adult gentlemen, angry, arrogant. They did not receive a load of 60 kilos. Having them a crane to move packages with pallets. They are justified by the law of 25 kls. They sent me to the Mapocho branch, also an arrogant and uncommunicative lady, they charge you the weight of the pallet and they don't return it to you.
