Disastrous experience - office in the middle of nowhere, had to wait 40 minutes together with other 10+ customers while staff was having lunch during working hours, poor explanation of the reason for additional taxation of goods for personal usage. Be sure to avoid receiving any goods via DHL/UPS/FedEx, when you are foreigner + private individual - it would be a long and challenging story (just use airmail or EMS instead - sometimes, it would arrive in comparable amount of time without those extra headache).

I used to work there and Is a terrible company, they do very little to accomplish a good service. I used to take care of service and I always tried to give new ideas in order to give a better service but they just didn’t care, and that was something I was always very surprised about, that being a big company as they are they don’t care about workers and clients. The company is a lie, and is very probable you will have a bad experience as a worker or as a client.

They call me to let me know my package is at the warehouse, once at the warehouse for pick up they say it hasn't arrived, they check, it is there. Then when I ask about damage policy the clerk just tells me he has nothing to with that and I need to visit the website...ok, bye.
