Terrible service. I just went to look for the branch and they didn't want to deliver a package 5 days late that was supposed to be delivered to my home but when they went they didn't wait 5 minutes to receive it. So I went to the branch and they didn't want to see me because I arrived at 6:30 p.m. Just when they close but even so it didn't cost them anything to attend to me

They implemented an electronic number delivery system that undoubtedly orders the process, but makes it a lot slower, I estimate 3 or 4 times more. They serve very few people per hour.
