Terrible service. I had a package stolen. I do not recommend sending anything by starken. I sent a package on June 15 which was lost under very strange circumstances since at the headquarters they asked me what my package was carrying and when I wanted to follow up on my order the shipment never left the place apart from that they have not returned my money and I'm already Tired of making claims, they tell me that they are going to send me a settlement and when the settlement arrives with less than half the amount I spent on the products I would send. I think it's ridiculous and disrespectful and they've been going for two months and they don't solve anything for me. I NEVER ship by starken. I will file a complaint.
