Atrocious, little staff, 2 boxes for a whole town!!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ when the truck arrives they stop serving a box to receive the truck when there is a line that goes around the block!!!! Lack of organization, open earlier or close later to do those things, especially in a pandemic where people urgently require products that are sent to them that do not reach Calbuco. And the staff is not very proactive, they talk all the time and people wait for hours, the place is all messy, terrible. If I had another medium, I would have already changed.
