I was waiting for a key shipment for my work, which they couldn't send me on Thursday from Curicó because Starken was without a system, so they sent it on Friday... The package arrived at the branch at 12:53 (Saturday, the local closes at 1:00 p.m.), I ran to the branch arriving at 1:01 p.m., but they prevented me from even taking a number. There were only two people waiting to be seen and he didn't mind explaining that the situation was extremely important.
