This week, I used TNT Express, now owned by FedEx, twice for mailing important documents to the US. I brought my tracking slips (generated on the FedEx website) and the employee provided a FedEx envelope for me. Overall, the employee was helpful and the process was simple. No waiting both times. The sign on the door says they're open Mon thru Fri, 830am-1pm, 3pm-5pm.
