I want to know if I can possibly give this service 0 stars, maybe negative 10. I am sitting in a hotel outside the airport now until Monday because the travel documents my husband sent overnight, last Tuesday from the states did not arrive. They were promised by Thursday at 6:00. We called continually for three days. Fedex sent my overnight docs through Puerto Rico, Columbia, Brasil and Argentina. They spent the whole day Friday in Argentina and the Fedex representatives told us the plane was being delayed indefinitely because of thunderstorms. The weather report was showing there was no rain for more than a week in Buenos Aires and it is clear in Santiago. The docs arrived Friday night at 8:00. I need them for my flight tonight, but the office closed before the docs cleared customs. Their only response to me has been that they DON"T WORK ON WEEKENDS! I can't believe this! I am losing my flight, paying airline change charges, paying for a minimum of three nights in a hotel with my son because of FedEx's incompetence and complete lack of interest in the welfare of myself and my son. I strongly recommend that no one uses this service for any reason.
