FedEx not a shine. For much less AliExpress can take less time. Of course, if my order was received on the 2nd in Taiwan, it even went through Alaska (literally), other states in the US, Brazil, Argentina, it arrives in Chile on the 7th and they keep it there until the 10th... and it is supposed to be 12 today. they should pass it to me.

Send a load of dimensions as "large", which of course was reported when the withdrawal from Santiago to Puerto Montt was coordinated. I have been waiting for the load at destination for more than a week and the call center has been indicating for 3 days that "that day" it will be delivered and still nothing, they have yet to respond by mail and nothing!

Every time they send me parcels through this company the same thing happens...they mark the shipment as "no one receives" since they never came. The other excuse is that the address does not correspond ..... being that it is a central address, with the number well exposed. Terrible option for shipping. Don't waste your time with this company.
