Terrible service. I sent a cell phone to Venezuela and the customs charges were theft, in complete discrepancy with what they had charged the same year. And I'm talking in dollars, not sovereigns. When raising the discrepancy, they tell me that there was no error without further explanation and that I should pay. I asked for a phone return and they wanted to charge me internment tax in Chile for a phone that had been sent from Chile. Can you imagine where I told them to put the (used) phone. I will never use your services again.

Terrible service, they don't have the correct information on where the parcel is for nothing, the call center doesn't give any solution just saying that they send emails immediately and I'm still waiting for it... he delivers at home I've been waiting for three days as if one can spend so much time at home.
