Terrible service and the international purchase did not take long, but DHL was not able to report that the package was withheld for tax and to make matters worse they charge dearly. I hope never to receive an order again with this very unprofessional company in deliveries, but to collect taxes if they know how to do it very well, not even one star should be given.

I have been with a product for more than a month and a half without receiving it, bought abroad, the product being already in Chile. I have not been able to pay customs because they do not contact me and do not answer the phones or emails. They should shut down this company. It is plain and simple a hoax. It doesn't work... The only thing left is for them to tell me that my parcel was "lost", but it seems that more and more months must pass before I find out.

I had delivery for Monday but they did not find my address, they changed it for Wednesday March 3 and they never arrived at my home, now after delivery time I get a message that my package is at the agency. In conclusion, super bad service since you pay to have it delivered to your home.
