Until a month or so ago, here in Quellón everything was fine, but a new delivery man arrived and he totally failed, they are supposed to go where others don't, and the driver is afraid to go in because according to him he could get trapped. False because I have been buying in this sector for 2 years and before they came without any problem, now, the after-sales service is very bad, I called looking for a solution with a "supposed owner of the mobiles" and it came out worse, since according to this character, we were very ordinary when talking on WhatsApp, again False because we haven't even talked on WhatsApp with them, so, lazy and liars, I have told them themselves, ah!, and they throw the ball between them and still my Encomienda, it's a shame, because I will continue buying in MercadoLibre, but I will have to take care of the ineffectiveness of these delivery men. Unfortunately the company is Castro, Chiloé, and the numbers they have do not answer.

The worst shipping service!! 3 weeks waiting for several shipments from the United States and they still have not arrived. Amazon sent 6 purchases made a couple of days apart each, through DHL. DHL Chile, referred the shipments to Blue Express and from that moment it is not known where they are. The argument; According to DHL, a problem with the address and that Blue Express could not be contacted by phone. I speak twice a day with DHL customer service and each time different people tell me that they will notify me that the address is correct, indicating that it is a problem with Blue Express Castro. They gave me the Blue Express customer service number. After calling and explaining the problem, they gave me the email (never the phone) of Castro's supervisor, Fabian Sepulveda, to directly ask for a solution. Guess what!!! No response after 3 emails and counting. Not even the courtesy of sending an apology or a message with an aspirin to calm me down. It is incredible that in Chile there are companies with such inefficient and rude staff. Now I am canceling the purchases on Amazon to buy everything again, but this time send them to my Chilebox box in Miami. It is twice as expensive to send purchases from the USA, but at least you will know that they will arrive on the date indicated in the guide!!!!

They can't find the address and the delivery man says that there is no one, we are a workshop, we are all here to receive a parcel, a minimum delivery man, call the owner of the parcel, Castro's cell phone, no one answers, terrible service

Horrible company. Now they have everything closed and they are not able to attend to the client through calls. I have a parcel that arrived in Castro but due to an address error it has not been delivered to me yet and no one answers and they are not even able to call to coordinate or solve the delivery problem. Do not choose it and prefer any other company to receive and send products. Typical of new companies and few of short duration
