TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am supposed to be a national customer, but in Valdivia they DO NOT receive cargo and they tell you that you must deliver it to a pickup point. The load can go days (7) without being removed from the pickup, in addition to NOT being careful with your load. I do NOT recommend this shipping company. Nobody delivers solutions, Non-existent Customer Service.

The service is sooo poor quality. It appears in the registry that the delivery man came to the site and no one left, which is a lie.
