Clearly this is not the correct way to deliver a load. The product was purchased at Paris.cl with home delivery and delivery to the "Customer", but not even the minimum that was a correct reception was fulfilled and it was only left in Porteria by Mr. Daniel Trujillo Iquique branch delivery man. The truth is that if they are not available to provide a good service, I recommend that as a company they either change their field or improve their hiring of personnel. And for mr. Delivery man if you can't do it right, leave the job to others who will surely try harder to do a good job!!!!

Very bad, irresponsible is this company. Nor do they notify the reason for the delay and my order went back to the city of origin. I can't understand or believe how lousy it is...comparing to the country I come from. Here the mails are also bad but this Blue Line is the worst, it is not a delay but the parcel does not arrive.
