Horrible. I was bombarded with emails asking me to try the service. They convinced me and I regret it 100,000,000 times. Terrible, a shipment that takes no more than 1 day to Santiago takes more than 10. Not counting the other shipments that you make that also take more than 10 days. Appalling. If you have a SME, don't take risks with them, use the best-known channels (Starken, Correos, Chilexpress) because at least you have someone to talk to. Here they don't even have customer service by phone and by WhatsApp it's a machine that answers, that is, fix it however you can. Horrible, first and last.
