The building is very nice, but the service is terrible. I can't believe how little automated it is, the mess. It takes about 30 minutes per customer and products are not always counted. I believe that being in the year 2020 it could be much more efficient. There is supposed to be tracking number, which allows to identify each product. They should use that same identifier to sort shipments at their offices. I hope these comments are considered.
