I returned on May 14 and 18 but the answer was the same, I asked for the money back but supposedly they could not do it and from insisting so much they asked me to return on the 19th for the refund. That day, I arrived at 9.00 am, I made the line (as in all occasions) and when I went to the register they did not have cash and they asked me to return in the afternoon or the next day. Explain that I live 125 kms from Puerto Vara, the only transportation passes at 5 am and it flies at 1:30 pm, generating lost days of work and extra costs. I waited for the manager (who never showed up) inside the branch. At 2:00 p.m., a girl made me go to the box to deliver 250,000 clp, arguing that the cost of shipping was not refundable due to company policies. I asked if they were the policies of Moneygram or Correos de Chile and he did not give me an answer, or contact details of the owners of the branch, so I do not know if it is indeed a company policy that the client loses due to a code error or the employees wanted in that money, I don't know. After this I will not use Moneygram-Correos de Chile again because I know that if later there are errors in the system, instead of solving them they will charge me.
