Terrible customer service. They do not respect the published schedule. They treat customers with all the rudeness in the world. To all clients I always recommend taking any option except this one. Today, 06/15, they close the door at 1 to 3, having posted another schedule on the door, the lady who is at the door in a very rude way did not even listen to the questions. He just slammed the door. A total lack of respect.

Very bad experience. The delivery man does not even make a phone call to deliver the product, only an email arrives in which a failed attempt is mentioned.
