AWFUL LOGISTICS! make a shipment which never arrived! At the time of declaring the value, they entered a lower amount and the agent mentioned not being able to do anything since it had already been entered! then I claim because the shipment is held without any movement and they do not give me any coherent response, only long-term solutions! And in the event that my shipment was lost, they would not return even half of the corresponding value since, as I mentioned before, the agent entered the value of which I declared incorrectly!!!

POOR LOGISTICS, BY FAR THE WORST FOR OFFICES. Buy a product with dispatch to my house. I get an email on the days that they do not arrive at my address. The very agile ones leave the product in a branch of another commune instead of leaving it in the same commune of the address. You have to reward intelligence. Then to withdraw I have to do it by myself and that this was purchased with delivery to address. Another prize for the logistics of Chilexpress, it is seen that they are brilliant.

Terrible service. Liar. The transporter calls me last night saying that he can't get through because he's leaving Licanray. I explain to him that it is important that he receive it today because I am traveling to Stgo and will be back in 2 weeks. He just gave me the message that the order is ready for pickup at the Villarrica branch for a few days due to "lack of coverage", which is not true. I can't go pick up. On the web, all the options that I check take me to the same page that says that it is ready for retirement in Villarrica; also the help center directs me to the same page. Impossible to try to fix the problem or make a complaint. There is no phone available either.

Everything is very calm, the only bad thing is that some Haitians really do nothing and yell and you have to yell to be attended to, that would be the only black spot, worth the redundancy
