Bad service experience
The first time the cashier made me buy a box, because according to her, the one I took had another brand printed on it.
The package arrived at its destination in the same box that I carried, that is, it kept my money.
The second time, the package arrived at its destination unassembled and one of the devices was broken, since it was new and made of plastic, most likely they threw it away like anything else.
They don't let you pack it either

Today, first thing in the morning, I went to withdraw a draft, and the official told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes, because they had no money. (Ok I waited 30 min). They gave me a number, because the machine was bad. When it was my turn, said time had already passed and I approached the window, greeted and said that I had come to withdraw a draft. At that moment the cashier answers me: "My partner told him that he had to wait, because there is no money." I will not focus on the tone of how he said it to me, because it can be quite subjective but it was not the best, not to say that he barked at me. I am going to focus solely on your response, and it is that nowhere have they ever responded to me like this and I am neither the first nor the only one who has gone through this situation in this branch (May 21, Arica). I didn't ask her name, but I remember that she had reddish hair, was dark, and thin. With a lousy attitude and customer orientation... I repeat that is not the way to respond and even less to treat, these people are workers who are being paid for good service, which is not the case. They are not doing us any favors. I know that in the city there are many people who need and want to work and they would surely serve you much better. This branch has been characterized by this bad service for a long time
