Bad service from western union through chileexpress. They block money arbitrarily received from abroad. They do not give explanations, they do not communicate with a western union supervisor. They give a link to upload documents that does not work. They send you to call a number where they give you an email to get a response. They respond to you after 2 weeks to demolish another department etc. etc. etc. They have to have sales executives who provide solutions but who are in Chile. They cannot handle the decisions of our money without giving explanations. I have wasted a lot of time myself, my employees and clients because of these issues. Appalling

Terrible staff attention, deadlines are not met and charges are the same as if the service had worked well. Notifying by phone is not fulfilled, the parcels are sent back without even having called the recipient. To all this is added the terrible customer service, they are not cordial, they do not care about the suggestions or complaints that one can make.
