Terrible attention, the poor branch in terms of attention and service time, they open after hours and people outside the place waiting for them to open, terrible attention from the workers, they are not dynamic in their work performance, normally they would see 2 people attend and it is always there, serving only 1 person and it takes up to 15 minutes to serve only one person. Very bad service. As an ADMINISTRATOR and with knowledge of working in customer service, I think they should restructure all the staff and the work system to achieve greater efficiency and customer satisfaction. Supposedly on the page it says that it is open and it is 10:20 am and it is still closed. I'm out of the branch since 9:26 am and a waiting line of more than 25 people. 🤦🤦

The attention is horrible, slow and the person who attends (because it is only 1) has a terrible attitude with the clients, in addition the hours published on the official page are false, this branch opens at 10:30 and closes at 14:00 in the afternoon open from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. all the service is bad, no one answers in the end it took me 3 hours to pick up a package, I arrived at 10.00 am, before the opening still I left after 13.00.

Horrible attention .... what happens with this branch? They put the schedules they want.??.... I've been trying to collect my order for 3 days....I arrived before 6:00 p.m. to the line and at 6:10 p.m. they decide that even a certain person would attend.... wasting everyone else's time...... they are supposed to respect chilexpress schedules and people who arrive in line before closing time... .... STOP PLAYING WITH THE TIME OF THE PEOPLE!!
