Horrible service, I'm waiting for an urgent order. I went to follow up and the page was down for several days. I had to install the app to realize that I arrived on the 12th (Monday) today the Carrera branch in Copiapó appears as open, I traveled from the valley to look for it and the wea is closed. I wish they were like the other branches, they call and let customers know. Not a shine!!

The waiting time is quite high in relation to other branches, the parking lot is very tight, small and poorly marked. The location is good, especially to get there, since it is on an avenue. The compound has a guard at the gatehouse, who is not very helpful.
