Bad attention Few information Follow up virtually non-existent The page crashes all the time. The last time they sent me a parcel from Santiago, it had to arrive in 3 to 4 days and it took almost three weeks. Terrible service 🤦🏻♂️

Although the parcel arrived on the indicated date and I was able to confirm it on the website, when I tried to get to the branch in the city of Antofagasta there are 4, and the only one enabled is in Los Caimanes #67, therefore I wasted a lot of time searching the direction. Then my package came open and luckily nothing was lost.
