I send a parcel from Iquique to Quilpué (01/24) to be delivered at home and, after the delay LONGER THAN A WEEK, I decided to pick it up at the Quilpué branch (02/11). Upon arriving at the branch I find an INCREDIBLE MESS and with employees SMOKING MARIJUANA inside, with TERRIBLE PERSONAL PRESENTATION. PULLMAN CARGO DOES NOT HAVE ANY STANDARDS IN SERVICE. The excuse they had for not delivering the parcel to my home address was because they did not have a delivery truck, but I am surprised that they did have a truck, only apparently it was not in their priorities. LACK OF MANAGEMENT OF ITS EMPLOYEES, OF RESPONSIBILITY AND LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE CLIENT. I didn't bother to fight with the employees as the culprit is the incompetent who hires them. In short, BAD COMPANY, BAD EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
